Responsible Person’s Allowance. (a) Where a designated member of staff, who has given consent to be placed in day-to- day charge, is required to relieve an absent Responsible Person at the Kindergarten, an additional amount per day shall be paid.
Responsible Person’s Allowance. Any Teacher who is a designated Responsible Person, required by the Employer to act as Director or Responsible Person for 8 hours or more shall be paid an allowance at the rate prescribed in Schedule 1, Table 4, for all hours worked as the Responsible Person, in addition to the amounts payable pursuant to clause 9. For the sake of clarity, the Responsible Person’s Allowance is payable when an employee is appointed to the position for at least 8 hours but less than 10 days is set out in Table 4. When the employee who is appointed as the Responsible for 10 days or more they will be paid the Director’s Allowance as set out in Table 3. Provided that a Teacher shall not be required to carry out such duties in an acting capacity for more than a full year except that a Teacher may be required to carry out such duties for up to two full years where such a Teacher is replacing a Director who is on leave for a specified period in excess of a full year.

However, responding to both Parts is not required. If Vendor responds and is awarded to both Parts, Vendor will have one contract for Part 1 and a separate contract for Part 2.

  • Monthly Progress Reports During the Construction Period, the Contractor shall, no later than 10 (ten) days after the close of each month, furnish to the Authority and the Authority’s Engineer a monthly report on progress of the Works and shall promptly give such other relevant information as may be required by the Authority’s Engineer. The Contractor agrees that reporting under this Clause 11.7 shall continue until the date of the completion of the Works. Each report shall include:
