RESPOSIBILITY OF CRS AND NCHADS. 7.1 Responsibilities of Partner Under the Agreement, National Center for HIV/AIDS, Dermatology and STD (NCHADS) will take responsibility for: • To conduct regular monitoring visits to CRS partners (AHEAD and Caritas). • To organize the western regional HBC meeting in Battambang province. • To print NCHADS annual report and annual operational plan. • To implement start-up activities of the Linked Response in Sampov Loun OD in Battambang Province and Sot Nikum OD in Siem Reap province.
