Restoration Charge. 1. Whenever a Customer’s gas is turned off or Customer’s meter disconnected by the Company at the Customer’s request, and the account is placed on inactive status, and such account is reactivated by the same customer no less than thirty (30) days and not more than one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of turn off/disconnect, a Seasonal Reconnection Charge equal to the monthly Customer Charge in the Customer’s applicable Rate Schedule for each month the account was inactive, plus the Reconnection Charge stated below shall be paid.
