Reconnection Charge. There shall be a charge for reconnection of services terminated because of non-payment of bills in accordance with Section 38-52 of the City Code. MISCELLANEOUS SERVICE CHARGES: Charges for additional services provided shall be made on the basis of the “Miscellaneous Services” listing included in these Rate Schedules. TERM OF SERVICE: Contracts under this tariff will be for a duration of five (5) years. Unless such contracts are extended, upon contract expiration, City shall provide service to Customer under Rate “Large General Electric Service-3” -- schedule 66, or such other rate schedule that is in effect for which Customer qualifies.
