Examples of Discontinuance of service in a sentence
Discontinuance of service to a unit for any reason shall not prevent the Company from pursuing any lawful remedy by action at law or otherwise for the collection of monies due from the Customer.
Discontinuance of service may be accomplished, but not limited to, physical disconnection of the Customer’s service sewer from the Company’s collecting sewer.
Discontinuance of service may be in written manner, or by telephone.
Discontinued Service Discontinuance of service by the System for any causes stated in these Rules and Regulations shall not release the customer from liability for services already received or from liability for payments that thereafter become due under the minimum bill provisions of the Customer’s contract, and/or the Rules and Regulations of the Commission.
