Common use of Restricted Services Clause in Contracts

Restricted Services. “Restricted Services” shall mean services of any kind or character comparable to those Executive provided to the Company during the eighteen (18) month period immediately preceding Executive’s last date of employment with the Company.

Restricted Services. “Restricted Services” shall mean services of any kind or character comparable to those Executive Employee provided to the Company during the eighteen (18) month period immediately preceding ExecutiveEmployee’s last date of employment with the Company.

The term “Restricted Services” shall mean services means employment duties and functions of any kind or character comparable to those the type provided by Executive provided to the Company during the eighteen twelve (1812) month period immediately preceding prior to the end, for whatever reason, of Executive’s last date of employment with the Company.

Restricted Services. The term “Restricted Services” shall mean means services of any kind or character comparable to those Executive provided to the Company during the eighteen twelve (1812) months preceding the termination of Executive’s employment with the Company relating to pre-kindergarten through 12th grade educational products and services of the type sold by the Company within any geographic area in which the Company engaged in the sale of such products or services within the last twelve (12) month period immediately preceding termination of Executive’s last date of employment with the Companyemployment.
