Common use of Restricted Services Clause in Contracts

Restricted Services. (a) X.X. Xxxxxx shall post on its website from time to time information regarding jurisdictions for which it supports custody services; X.X. Xxxxxx reserves the right to refuse to accept delivery of Financial Assets or cash in jurisdictions other than those on the list. Global Custody Agreement - New York - January 2021 (b) X.X. Xxxxxx reserves the right to restrict the Customer’s access to the services X.X. Xxxxxx provides in, and the Liabilities it incurs with respect to, certain jurisdictions, and X.X. Xxxxxx shall notify Customers of any such restrictions via its website from time to time. (c) In the event a Subcustodian exits the market in which X.X. Xxxxxx previously appointed it to provide custodial services, or is unable to continue to provide custodial services to X.X. Xxxxxx’x satisfaction, X.X. Xxxxxx may (i) remove such Subcustodian from the X.X. Xxxxxx network in accordance with Section 5.1(d), and/or (ii) cease to provide custodial services in such market.
