Restrictions on Third Party Use of Credit Cards and Checking Account Access. In order to preserve the independence of Kyäni Business Partners and to preserve the integrity of the Company's compensation plan, Kyäni discourages any arrangement between the independent Business Partners creating indebtedness between them, and Business Partners are expressly prohibited from using a Business Partner's credit card or permitting debits to a Business Partner's checking account to enroll or sponsor other Business Partners, or to make purchases from the Company on behalf of another Business Partner.
