Restrictions On Use Of Overtime. (a) The Employer shall not use overtime to avoid the continuance, creation or filling of positions for or by Full Time Regular or Full Time Temporary Employees, as the case may be, under this Agreement. (b) The Employer shall not use overtime if this would result in the displacement or layoff or the continuing displacement or layoff of any Full Time Regular Employee under this Agreement, providing the Employee is available and has the ability to perform the work.
