Restrictions on Use of Services. Except as otherwise provided in a written agreement between the Parties, Customer shall not, without the prior written consent of RagingWire (which consent may be granted or withheld in its sole and absolute discretion), resell the Services to any third parties or connect the Customer Equipment directly to anything other than the RagingWire network, equipment and facilities.
