Resumption Upon Cure. If Manager suspends or reduces the Services and Company subsequently pays the entire undisputed amount due (prior to Manager’s termination of the Agreement in accordance with Section 5.5(a) above), Manager’s right to terminate this Agreement shall lapse in respect of such delayed payments, and Manager shall resume normal working as soon as is reasonably possible.
Resumption Upon Cure. If Contractor suspends Work or reduces the rate of Work pursuant to Section 6.10(b) and Owner subsequently pays the entire undisputed amount due, Contractor's right to terminate this Agreement under Section 17.5 shall lapse in respect of such delayed payments, and Contractor shall resume normal working as soon as is reasonably possible.
