Section 17.5. 23 Neither party shall be compelled to comply with any provisions of this Agreement which conflicts with 24 State or Federal statutes or regulations promulgated pursuant thereto.
Section 17.5. 37 Incremental steps, where applicable, shall take effect on September 1 of each year during the term of 38 this Agreement; provided, the employee has been actively employed continuously for at least one-half 39 (½) of the previous employment year. 40 41 42 43 44
Section 17.5. 14 The District shall furnish protective clothing at the District's discretion to those employees whose 15 normal clothing might be damaged by the work they are required to perform.
Section 17.5. 46 Employees who work a daily average of five (5) or more hours will be paid in twelve (12) monthly 47 payments (paycheck) through August 31st. 1 Employees working a daily average of less than five (5) hours per day will be paid in ten (10) monthly 2 payments, through June 30th.
Section 17.5. 33 Any employee assigned a job which requires travel from one work site to another shall be compensated 34 at his/her appropriate hourly rate for such travel time. Employees shall be reimbursed on a per-mile
Section 17.5 employees subject to this Agreement shall be entitled to participate in a tax shelter annuity plan 4 sponsored by the Public School Employees of Washington. On receipt of a written authorization by an 5 employee, the District shall make the requisite withholding adjustments and deductions from the 6 employee's salary.
Section 17.5. 2 Employees required to remain overnight on District business shall be reimbursed for room and board 3 expenditures.
Section 17.5. 7 Employees required to remain overnight on District business shall be reimbursed for room and board 8 expenses consistent with Board policy. All other travel expenses shall also be reimbursed consistent 9 with Board policy.
Section 17.5. 46 Paraeducators who are regularly assigned to provide medical assistance that requires training by a 1 shall be paid an additional fifty center ($.50) per hour for elementary paraeducators or seventy cents 2 ($.70) per hour for secondary paraeducators.
