Retention of Permanent/Seasonal Status. Permanent employees bumping into lower employee group positions will retain their permanent status. Also, seasonal employees bumping into a lower employee group position will retain their seasonal status.

  • Variation of period of parental leave Unless agreed otherwise between the employer and employee, an employee may apply to their employer to change the period of parental leave on one occasion. Any such change to be notified at least four weeks prior to the commencement of the changed arrangements.

  • REDUCTION OF PERSONNEL A. The District and the Association recognize the possibility that the financial condition of the schools at a given time could necessitate a curtailment of program on the part of the District, including a reduction of personnel. The parties also recognize that such determinations are within the exclusive discretion of the District. In the event of a general cutback or reduction of personnel through layoff from employment, the following procedure, based upon program needs, will be utilized by the District or its designated representatives:

  • Obligation after the termination of personal data processing services

  • Resumption of Performance During the period that a Force Majeure Event is subsisting, the Affected Party shall, in consultation with the other Parties, make all reasonable efforts to limit or mitigate the effects of such Force Majeure Event on the performance of its obligations under the PPA.   • Accumulation of Personal Leave (i) In any year, unused personal leave accrues annually at the rate of 80 hours less the number of hours of sick leave, compassionate leave and carers leave taken.

  • Complete Disposal Upon Termination of Service Agreement Upon Termination of the Service Agreement Provider shall dispose or delete all Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement. Prior to disposition of the data, Provider shall notify LEA in writing of its option to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above. In no event shall Provider dispose of data pursuant to this provision unless and until Provider has received affirmative written confirmation from LEA that data will not be transferred to a separate account.

  • Availability of Performance Order If, and to the extent that, a breach of this contract has been caused by a Relevant Force Majeure Event, the Non-affected Party shall not be entitled to a Performance Order except to secure performance by the Affected Party of its obligations under this Clause 17.
