Variation of period of parental leave. Unless agreed otherwise between the employer and employee, an employee may apply to their employer to change the period of parental leave on one occasion. Any such change to be notified at least four weeks prior to the commencement of the changed arrangements.
Variation of period of parental leave. Where an employee takes leave under 7.4.2(a) or 7.4.4(a)(ii), unless otherwise agreed between the employer and employee, an employee may apply to their employer to change the period of parental leave on one occasion. Any such change to be notified as soon as possible but no less than four weeks prior to the commencement of the changed arrangements. Nothing in this clause detracts from the basic entitlement in 7.4.2(a) or 7.4.4(a)(ii).

Unless agreed otherwise between the Employer and Employee, where an Employee takes leave under Clause 56.8 and/or paragraph (a) of this clause an Employee may apply to their Employer to change the period of parental leave on one occasion. Any such change must be notified in writing at least two weeks prior to the start of the changed arrangements.
Variation of period of parental leave. (a) The period of parental leave may be lengthened by agreement between the teacher and the employer in accordance with the provisions of Clause 9. - Leave Without Pay of this Award.
(b) The period of parental leave may be shortened by agreement between the teacher and the employer.
Variation of period of parental leave. (a) Where a team member has originally applied for less than 104 weeks leave, the team member may extend their leave up to an aggregate of 104 weeks by providing Target 4 weeks notice.
(b) A team member may shorten their period of leave by agreement with Target, by giving not less than 4 weeks notice.
Variation of period of parental leave. Unless agreed otherwise between the Council and an employee, the employee may alter the period of parental leave on one occasion. Any change is to be notified, in writing, at least eight weeks before the start of the changed arrangements.
Variation of period of parental leave. Unless agreed otherwise between Australia Post and employee, an employee may apply to Australia Post to change the period of parental leave on one occasion. Any such change to be notified as soon as possible but no less than four weeks prior to the commencement of the changed arrangements.
Variation of period of parental leave a) An employee who has commenced maternity leave may change the period of leave on one occasion only by providing 14 days notice in writing prior to the end of the period. Any further extension may only granted as mutually agreed between the employer and employee.
b) Alternatively the period of maternity leave may be shortened as mutually agreed between the employer and the employee with a minimum of four weeks notice prior of the proposed day of commencement.
Variation of period of parental leave. (a) Provided the maximum period of parental leave does not exceed the period to which the employee is entitled under clause 2.2.3:
(i) the period of parental leave provided clause 2.2.3(b) may be lengthened once only by the employee giving not less than 14 days notice in writing stating the period by which the leave is to be lengthened;
(ii) the period may be further lengthened by agreement between the employer and the employee.
(b) The period of parental leave taken under clause 2.2.3(b) may, with the consent of the employer, be shortened by the employee giving not less than 14 days notice in writing stating the period by which the leave is to be shortened.
Variation of period of parental leave. Subject to the relevant provisions of the NES, the period of parental leave may be shortened by written agreement between the Employer and the Employee.
