Retention / Transfer of Service and Seniority. A nurse's full seniority and service shall be retained by the nurse in the event that the nurse is transferred from full-time to part-time or in the event the nurse is transferred from casual to regular part-time or vice-versa. A nurse whose status is changed from full-time to part-time shall receive credit for her or his full seniority and service on the basis of 1500 hours worked for each year of full-time seniority or service. A nurse whose status is changed from part-time to full-time shall receive credit for her or his full seniority and service on the basis of one year of seniority or service for each 1500 hours worked.
