RETIREE PREMIUMS. The County shall provide payment toward each retiree’s medical/dental premiums, provided such person retires from active County service on or after November 4, 1990, and remains uninterrupted in the medical plan provided by the County. Such payment shall equal ten (10) per cent of such premium and only apply to retirees having a minimum of ten (10) years of County service. Such County service need not be continuous.
