Common use of Retiree Vision Care Benefits Clause in Contracts

Retiree Vision Care Benefits. Employees who retire and are eligible for a pension and Retiree Health Care Benefits shall be allowed to continue vision care benefit coverage for themselves and *eligible dependents through the Court. The Retiree shall pay the full illustrated premium cost of such benefit through automatic deduction from the retiree’s pension benefit. Election must be made at the time of retirement; Retirees cannot elect said coverage at a later date.
