Common use of Retiree Clause in Contracts

Retiree. A former employee who, at the time of termination of employment, met the eligibility requirements as outlined in subsec- tion 22 CSR 10-3.020(6)(B) and is currently receiving a monthly retirement benefit from one (1) of the retirement systems listed in such rule.

Retiree. A former employee who, at the time of termination of employment, met the eligibility requirements as outlined in subsec- tion 22 CSR 10-3.020(6)(B3.020(2)(D) and is currently receiving a monthly retirement benefit from one (1) of the retirement systems listed in such rulea public entity.
