Coverage at Termination. A former employee may participate in the plan if s/he terminates employment before retirement provided s/he is a vested employee. This means s/he will be eligible for a benefit from the retirement system of the participating public entity when s/he reaches retirement age. The election to participate must be made within thirty-one (31) days from the last day of the month in which employment terminat- ed. The member must pay the full cost of coverage. However, s/he will not later be ▇▇▇- gible if s/he discontinues coverage at some future time.

  • Post Termination After the Employee has terminated their employment with the Employer, the Employee shall be bound to Section XII of this Agreement for a period of ☐ Months ☐ Years (“Confidentiality Term”). If the Confidentiality Term is beyond any limit set by local, State, or Federal laws, then the Confidentiality Term shall be the maximum allowed legal time-frame.

  • Vendor’s Termination If TIPS fails to materially perform pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, Vendor shall provide written notice to TIPS specifying the default (“Notice of Default”). If TIPS does not cure such default within thirty (30) days, Vendor may terminate this Agreement, in whole or in part, for cause. If Vendor terminates this Agreement for cause, and it is later determined that the termination for cause was wrongful, the termination shall automatically be converted to and treated as a termination for convenience.
