Retirees as Substitute Teachers. The District may require that retirees under this provision serve as substitute teachers up to a maximum of fifteen (15) days. Retirees may serve more than fifteen (15) days as substitute teachers if they elect to do so. Refusal by a retiree to serve more than fifteen (15) days as a substitute teacher shall not constitute a refusal to provide services.
