Retirement and Pensions Funds Investment. Management Companies shall provide the affiliates of the Pension Plans, at least twice a year, information about the evolution and situation of their economic rights to the Plan, as well as other circumstances that may affect them, specifically the modifications to the regulations, changes in the Prospectus of the Plan, in the investment policy, or in the commissions for management and custody. This information shall contain a summarized statement of the evolution and of the situation of the assets of the Fund or Funds to which the Plans are ascribed, the costs and revenue obtained, and shall inform, about the contracting of the management from third parties. The total expenses of the Pension Fund or Funds shall as well be made available to the affiliates, in the terms established in the Prospectus of the Plan, when they are caused by the Plan and shall be expressed in percentages of the administered amount.

  • Beneficiary Rollovers from Employer-Sponsored Retirement Plans If you are a spouse Beneficiary, nonspouse Beneficiary, or the trustee of an eligible type of trust named as Beneficiary of a deceased employer plan participant, you may directly roll over inherited assets from a qualified retirement plan, 403(a) annuity, 403(b) tax-sheltered annuity, or 457(b) governmental deferred compensation plan to an inherited IRA. The IRA must be maintained as an inherited IRA, subject to the beneficiary distribution requirements.
