RETIREMENT AND TERMINATION. A. A bargaining unit member intending to resign shall provide the Employer with written notice at least two (2) weeks prior to the effective date of said resignation except as mutually agreed otherwise. Should the bargaining unit member be re-employed, he/she shall be considered a new employee.
