Common use of Retirement Benefits Committee Clause in Contracts

Retirement Benefits Committee. No more than once a year, an ad hoc Retirement Benefits Committee meeting shall be convened by the Employer to discuss possible changes to the pension plan and deferred compensation program. The Retirement Benefits Committee shall be advisory only and shall be comprised of Employer representatives and two (2) employees appointed by the Union.
