The school district will offer a non-elective employer contribution to the 403(b) accounts of teachers who will retire based upon the following: Buy back of up to 120 accumulated sick days at the rate of $140 per day. An additional $1,000. will be contributed if the teacher maintains 200 sick days during their last year of intended employment with the district.
