Common use of RETIREMENT SEMINARS Clause in Contracts

RETIREMENT SEMINARS. 37.01 Teachers within five (5) years of retirement shall, upon request, be given two (2) days of Leave of Absence, without loss of salary, for actual attendance at a Retirement Seminar sponsored by the Nova Scotia Teachers Union. Substitutes shall be hired to replace such teachers.

RETIREMENT SEMINARS. 37.01 31.01 Teachers within five (5) years of retirement shall, shall upon request, request be given two (2) days of Leave of Absence, without loss of salary, salary or benefits for actual attendance at a Retirement Seminar sponsored by the Nova Scotia Teachers Union. Substitutes , Substitute teachers to a maximum of four hundred (400) substitute days per school year, shall be hired by the Board to replace such said teachers.

Substitutes shall be hired to replace such teachersteachers pursuant to Article 32.21.

RETIREMENT SEMINARS. 37.01 79.01 Teachers within five (5) years of retirement shall, upon request, be given two (2) days of Leave of Absencedays, without loss of salary, for actual attendance at a salary or benefits to attend the Retirement Seminar sponsored by the Nova Scotia Teachers Union. Substitutes shall be hired to replace such teachersUnion or alternate session by the sponsoring pension plan.

Substitutes shall be hired to replace such teachersin accordance with Article 32 – Substitute Teachers of the Teachers’ Provincial Agreement.
