RETIREMENT SEMINARS. 316. Employees must provide at least two weeks advance notice of their desire to attend a retirement planning seminar to the appropriate supervisor. An employee shall be released from work to attend the seminar unless staffing requirements or other Department exigencies require the employee's attendance at work on the day or days such seminar is scheduled. Release time shall not be unreasonably withheld.
