Common use of Retraining, Transfer or Early Retirement Clause in Contracts

Retraining, Transfer or Early Retirement. ‌ (a) Wherever practical, an employee whose job is eliminated by technological change shall be eligible: (1) for retraining to equip their to operate such new equipment, as outlined in Clause 23.3(b).
