Common use of Return of Documents and Material Clause in Contracts

Return of Documents and Material. Upon termination of this Employment Agreement for any reason or earlier at the Company’s first request, the Employee shall return to the Company any material, all files and any documents related to the business of the Group in his possession or open to his access, including all keys, access documents, computers, laptops, mobiles, designs, customer and price lists, printed material, documents, sketches, notes, drafts as well as copies thereof, regardless whether or not the same are originally furnished by the Company, an Affiliate or third party. If the Employee shall have made copies of any documents or information, he shall immediately destroy or delete such documents, or return them to the Company, at the Company’s discretion.
