Return of Exchanges. 10.1. In the cases specified in the Agreement and/or in this Appendix, as well as in other cases at the Company's sole discretion, the Company can perform a return of exchange (partially or in full) made by a person in favor of the Company in order to acquire the Tokens ("Return Receiver").
