Return of Unspent Funds. In the event that Metro spends less than the total amount of City funds provided under this Agreement on eligible expenses related to the project, Metro shall return the unspent balance to the City of Portland immediately regardless of whether the non-expenditure is due to lower than anticipated costs, failure to complete the Project, or otherwise.
Return of Unspent Funds. 11. If UNDP identifies a portion of the Grant that remain unspent at the end of the implementation period, it shall refund the unspent funds, including any interests accrued thereon, where applicable, within 30 days of submission of the final financial statement.
