Return to Active Employment. (b)(1) It is a mutual objective of the Company and the Union that laid off engineers who have not been determined ineligible be recalled to active employment, will be offered a recall in approximate reverse order, within a sixty (60) day range, from the Job Classification from which the engineer was laid off.
