Return to Bargaining Unit from Management. 5.5.1 An Employee in the Bargaining Unit who accepts an excluded Management position on a short-term basis, up to two (2) years, shall be given leave of absence from that Employee's regular position. On termination of the short-term appointment, the Employee shall automatically return to the former position.
