Common use of Return to Duty Station Clause in Contracts

Return to Duty Station. An employee on a long-term assignment may be authorized occasional return trips to his/her permanent duty station at government expense on non-workdays. Approval for such return trips are at the administrative discretion of the authorizing official and may be authorized in accordance with the Federal Travel Regulations and the published travel policy of the Department.
