Return to Work Following Callback. Where an employee works on a callback beyond 0200 hours, the employee will be entitled to up to an eight (8) hour rest period without loss of pay provided that there are sufficient qualified staff to do the work required.

Return to Work Following Callback. Where In cases where an employee works is required to work on a callback beyond after 0200 hourshours prior to a regular scheduled shift on the same day, the employee will may be entitled to up to an eight (8) hour a rest period without loss of pay provided that there are sufficient qualified staff to do before the work requiredend of their regularly scheduled shift. If granted, the rest period shall be one half (1/2) of the actual time worked during the call back.

Return to Work Following Callback. (a) Where an employee works on a callback beyond 0200 0100 hours, the employee will be entitled to up to an eight (8) hour rest period without loss of pay provided that there are sufficient qualified staff to do the work required. *(b) Notwithstanding 22.05(a), where an employee has worked on a callback beyond 0100 for four (4) consecutive days in a row, the employee shall be entitled to up to a twelve (12) hour rest period without loss of pay, provided that there are sufficient qualified staff to do the work required.

Return to Work Following Callback. Where (a) In cases where an employee works is required to work on a callback beyond 0200 hours, 12:00 midnight (2400) the employee will shall be entitled to up to an a cumulative eight (8) hour rest period period, without loss of pay provided that there are sufficient qualified staff pay, between midnight and the commencement of the next regular shift.
(b) If, as a result of the above rest period falling within their regular shift, an employee is ordered to do report to work before the rest period is completed, the employee shall resume their accumulated rest period upon completion of the emergency work requiredfor which they were ordered back.
