Number of Days In computing the number of days for purposes of this Agreement, all days shall be counted, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays; provided, however, that if the final day of any time period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday on which federal banks are or may elect to be closed, then the final day shall be deemed to be the next day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or such holiday.
Indirect Loss 31.12.1 Neither Party will be liable to the other Party for any Indirect Loss or indirect damage.

Loss of Data In the event of loss of any State data or records where such loss is due to the intentional act, omission, or negligence of the Contractor or any of its subcontractors or agents, the Contractor shall be responsible for recreating such lost data in the manner and on the schedule set by the Contract Manager. The Contractor shall ensure that all data is backed up and is recoverable by the Contractor.
Xxxxx Period After payment of the first Dues, the Subscriber is entitled to a grace period of 30 days for the pay- ment of any Dues due. During this grace period, the Agreement will remain in force. However, the Sub- xxxxxxx will be liable for payment of Dues accruing during the period the Agreement continues in force.
Snow Days If an employee, after good faith efforts, is unable to report to work for their scheduled duty period because of weather conditions, the employee may utilize paid time off.
Posting Period Vacancies that the University intends to fill shall be posted for a period of seven (7) full working days before the deadline for applications for the position.
Without Loss of Pay (1) to stewards, or their alternates, to perform their duties as per Clause 3.6 (Recognition and Rights of Stewards);
CALAMITY DAYS A. All bargaining unit members shall be paid their appropriate rate of pay for all days or parts of a day when the school in which they are employed is closed due to an epidemic or other public calamity.
Inclement Weather Days Employees shall not report to work when schools are closed for inclement weather. In an emergency situation (e.g. Board packet day) when an inclement weather closing occurs, an employee(s) may be called in to work if there is a supervisor present in the work location. Said employee(s) shall receive compensatory time off for the time worked.
