Consecutive Work Premium. (a) Subject to article 17.06 (a) and (b), all work performed on the eighth (8th) day and subsequent consecutive days of work shall be paid at double time. Time Off in Lieu of Overtime Instead of cash payment of overtime, an employee may choose to receive time off at the appropriate overtime rate at a time to be mutually agreed between the employee and supervisor. This employee's decision to receive time off must be conveyed to the supervisor within seventy-two (72) hours of the conclusion of the overtime. Should the time off not be given within sixty (60) calendar days, the employee shall receive pay at the appropriate overtime rate.   • Time Worked For purposes of computing the eight (8) hour day or the forty (40) hour week to determine entitlement to overtime pay, all sick leave, vacation leave, and holidays shall count as time worked to be added to other hours worked.

  • Cumulative Sick Leave 16.1 Employees covered by this collective agreement will carry forward their accumulated sick leave days from the predecessor school boards to a maximum of 280 days.   • Overtime Work A. Overtime pay is to be paid at the rate of one and one- half (1½) times the basic hourly straight-time rate.

  • Overtime Premium Employees shall be entitled to payment of time and one-half the employee's basic straight time hourly rate for all overtime work in excess of seven and one-half hours in a tour of duty or in excess of the average full-time hours of work over the period scheduled by the Hospital. Such period for this purpose shall not exceed two weeks. It is understood and acknowledged that the Hospital has the right to require employees to perform reasonable overtime work. Call-back shall not be considered as hours worked for purposes of this Article. Overtime premium will not be duplicated nor pyramided nor shall other premiums be duplicated nor pyramided nor shall the same hours worked be counted as part of the normal work week and also as hours for which the overtime premium is paid.
