An employee has the right to request and receive assistance from the union at any step of the return to work program. The employee must provide physician’s approval for a return to work program along with any restrictions. Should an employee provide restrictions from a physician, such restrictions shall be incorporated into an established work program. The return to work program will be part of an approved rehabilitation plan.
