Returned Check Charge. Tenant acknowledges that in the event a check is returned or dishonored on Tenant’s account due to non-sufficient funds, Tenant shall pay to Landlord Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($50.00) as a Returned Check Charge. Tenant further acknowledges that said Returned Check Charge is included as “Additional Rent” (as defined in Section 4.5 herein).
