RETURNED CHECK/STOP PAYMENT FEE. If any payment by tenant is returned unpaid due to insufficient funds or for any other reason, tenant will be charged a fee of $25.00 per occurrence. If landlord incurs any other costs or fees as a result of tenant’s payment being returned due to insufficient funds or for any other reason, tenant will also be responsible for the actual costs incurred by landlord as a result. These fees and costs may be deducted from tenant’s security deposit.

  • Returned Payment Fee If your account is subject to a Returned Payment Fee, the fee will be charged to your account when a payment is returned for any reason.

  • Returned Check Charge A Customer whose payment by check is returned for insufficient funds, or is otherwise not processed for payment, will be subject to a returned check charge. Such charge will be applicable on each occasion when a check is returned or not processed. If the returned check was for a combined interstate and international balance, only a single returned check charge will apply.

The Subcontractor shall be bound by any adjudication or award in any action or proceeding resolving such a claim.
