RETURNED CHECK/STOP PAYMENT FEE. If any payment by you is returned unpaid due to insufficient funds or for any other reason, you will be charged a fee of $30.00 per occurrence. If Landlord incurs any other costs or fees because your payment being returned due to insufficient funds or for any other reason, you will also be responsible for the actual costs incurred by Landlord. These fees and costs may be deducted from your security deposit.
