Returned Messages. If any of Customer's Billable Messages are returned as unbillable by a B&C Processor that is providing ACI with automated return item processing in the appropriate format such Messages will be deemed to be "Returned Messages". In the event ACI is unable to provide for the billing of any Returned Messages (after Customer has made changes to the Messages if such changes are possible) ACI will return such Message data to Customer and Customer may direct xxxx such Returned Messages.

Returned Messages. If any of BCG's Billable Messages are returned ----------------- as unbillable by AT&T, AT&T will return such Message data to BCG within seven Business Days after AT&T's receipt of such Billable Messages, and BCG will use its best efforts (i) to determine the reason for the return, (ii) to correct the Billable Messages, and (iii) to resubmit them as appropriate to AT&T for resubmission. When available, AT&T will provide information to BCG regarding Returned Messages, including the reason for return, in machine readable form.

  • Counterparts; Electronically Transmitted Documents and Signatures The parties may execute this Agreement in one or more counterparts, each of which are deemed an original and all of which together constitute one and the same instrument. The parties may deliver this Agreement, including signature pages, by original or digital signatures, or facsimile or emailed PDF transmissions, and the parties hereby adopt any documents so received as original and having the same effect as physical delivery of paper documents bearing the original signature.

  • Counterparts; Facsimile/Electronic Signatures This Warrant may be executed in counterparts, all of which together shall constitute one and the same agreement. Any signature page delivered electronically or by facsimile shall be binding to the same extent as an original signature page with regards to any agreement subject to the terms hereof or any amendment thereto.

Any facsimile which bears proof of transmission shall be binding on the party which or on whose behalf such transmission was initiated and likewise shall be so admissible in evidence as if the original of such facsimile had been delivered to the party which or on whose behalf such transmission was received.

  • FORMAT AND CONTENT FOR REGISTRY OPERATOR MONTHLY REPORTING Registry Operator shall provide one set of monthly reports per gTLD, using the API described in draft-­‐xxxxxx-­‐icann-­‐registry-­‐interfaces, see Specification 2, Part A, Section 9, reference 5, with the following content. ICANN may request in the future that the reports be delivered by other means and using other formats. ICANN will use reasonable commercial efforts to preserve the confidentiality of the information reported until three (3) months after the end of the month to which the reports relate. Unless set forth in this Specification 3, any reference to a specific time refers to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Monthly reports shall consist of data that reflects the state of the registry at the end of the month (UTC).

  • Counterparts; Electronic Signature This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which will be deemed to be an original but all of which will constitute one and the same agreement. This Agreement may be executed by facsimile or electronic signature in portable document format (.pdf) and a facsimile or electronic signature in portable document format (.pdf) will constitute an original for all purposes.
