DIRECT XXXX. All charges payable by FIU may be applied to the master account and direct billed, as determined by FIU. If FIU elects to use this option and an existing direct xxxx account is not already established and on file for FIU, the Hotel shall request the necessary information required to establish a direct xxxx account, and FIU shall submit the information, prior to the start of the Event.
DIRECT XXXX iiX reserves the right to xxxx back to Customer and Customer agrees to pay any invoice not paid for by a sponsoring company for any reason. Rebilling will be at the volume rate for all products ordered in the month in which the Information Services were originally requested. iiX agrees to use reasonable efforts to collect past due amounts from the sponsoring company before billing back to Customer. Customer understands that direct xxxx authorization may be revoked at any time. Customer is responsible for entering the correct billing code before transmitting orders. iiX cannot change the billing code after the request has been received.
DIRECT XXXX. For all classes of business designated in Schedule A as Direct Xxxx or for any other classes of business, Producer agrees to submit to Vision all applications for insurance together with all payments of gross premiums and fees without deduction, as prescribed in Section 5(A)(1) hereof. Vision reserves the right to collect such amounts under its “bank sweep program”, if implemented by Vision, as described in Section 4(D)(5) hereof. Vision agrees to pay to Producer commissions owed in respect to such Policies or Renewals, net of return commissions, within 15 days after the end of the month in which the related premium transactions are processed by Vision. Vision will provide Producer with a monthly Commission Statement itemizing all commissions and return commissions processed for the subject month. Vision has no obligation to accept flat cancellations.
DIRECT XXXX. If the Client has elected to participate in NEMOVES Mortgage Direct Xxxx program, then at time of closing NEMOVES Mortgage will pay on behalf of the Employee all reimbursable closing costs described in the Client’s current benefit policy, which shall be supplied to NEMOVES Mortgage. This arrangement shall be administered by NEMOVES Mortgage only if the Employee obtains a mortgage through NEMOVES Mortgage.
DIRECT XXXX. All charges accrued and payable by the Department will be applied to the Direct Xxxx Account. If an existing Direct Xxxx Account is not already established and on file, Department will submit information required to establish a Direct Xxxx Account prior to the Event start date.
DIRECT XXXX. If the Client has elected to participate in Cartus Home Loans’ Direct Xxxx program, then at time of closing Cartus Home Loans will pay on behalf of the Employee all reimbursable closing costs described in the Client’s current benefit policy, which shall be supplied to Cartus Home Loans. This arrangement shall be administered by Cartus Home Loans only if the Employee obtains a mortgage through Cartus Home Loans.
DIRECT XXXX. If Direct Billing is approved, an initial deposit of 25% of estimated program will be due on with receipt of contract. Please note a contract is not valid without the stated deposit received, with the balance due and payable thirty days from date of receipt of invoice. $5000.00 Your deposit is based upon an estimated summary of charges. Should your finalized summary of charges surpass the above amount, an additional payment will be required prior to the event to cover the additional expenses. Please note that, by signing this contract, you agree to pre-pay any enhancements added in the planning process. 100% pre-payment will be required no later than 14 days prior to event (Unless Direct Billing is approved). A credit card authorization form is required with all contracts that will be pre-authorized in the event of an overage. The credit card will be charged on the following day after verification. Please complete the attached form and return with requested copies to verify payment. BANQUET & MEETING Function rooms are assigned based on the number of person anticipated.
DIRECT XXXX. In order to be eligible for the Direct Xxxx Plan as an early retiree, the employee, the spouse and dependents each must have had a minimum number of months of continuous coverage under the District's Health and/or Dental Plan at the time continued coverage begins. The minimum number of months of continuous coverage required is 60 months
DIRECT XXXX. Subject to the provisions of Section 3, above, the Agency will submit to the Subproducer on a monthly basis, commission at the rate set by the Agency in Schedule C on all direct-billed Net Written Premiums.
DIRECT XXXX. (i) Producer may collect, receive, or give receipts for down payments and additional payments on direct xxxx policies, and will immediately forward to the Company. (ii) Direct Xxxx policies are issued by the Company on receipt of application from the Producer accompanied by the payment of premium for which the premium notices or renewals offers may be mailed directly to the insureds by the Company. (iii) The Producer will submit all funds for such policies, without deduction of Commissions or any other amounts. (iv) Producer accepts full fiscal responsibly for such premiums and fees for accepting payments on behalf of the Company.
