Common use of Returning Employees Clause in Contracts

Returning Employees. The assets of the EWS Retirement Plan to fund the accrued benefits of EWS Employees who become SNI Employees, and who leave the employ of the SNI Group and become reemployed with the EWS Group prior to the Final Transfer Date, shall be subtracted from the Final Retirement Plan Transfer Amount and remain assets of the trust for the EWS Retirement Plan; provided, that EWS causes the EWS Retirement Plan to assume, and to fully perform, pay and discharge, all accrued benefits under the SNI Retirement Plan relating to such SNI Plan Participants as of the date of reemployment with the EWS Group.
