Returning Former Teachers. (a) If a teacher resigns from the District and is re-employed within four (4) years, the teacher will be given full credit for in-District experience and full credit for out-of-district experience up to the limits of this policy (E) (2) above and commensurate with the teacher’s educational attainment.
