Common use of RETURNING FROM DISABILITY LEAVE Clause in Contracts

RETURNING FROM DISABILITY LEAVE. It is agreed and understood that the District has no obligation to provide an employee returning from disability leave with a light-duty assignment. It is further agreed that the District shall not remove an employee from disability leave for the reason that the employee is able to perform a light-duty assignment when such assignment does not exist.
