Common use of Returning Students Clause in Contracts

Returning Students. Prior to January 5, 2020 students may cancel their housing contract; however, a cancellation penalty of $200 will be charged to the student’s eBill account. The cancellation must be received via the MyHousing/Dining portal by January 5, 2020.

Returning Students. Prior to January 52, 2020 2019 students may cancel their housing contract; however, a cancellation penalty of $200 will be charged to the student’s eBill account. The cancellation must be received via the MyHousing/Dining portal by January 52, 20202019.

Returning Students. Prior to January 56, 2020 2021 students may cancel their housing contract; however, a cancellation penalty of $200 will be charged to the student’s eBill account. The cancellation must be received via the MyHousing/Dining portal by January 56, 20202021.

Returning Students. Prior to January 58, 2020 2023 students may cancel their housing contract; however, a cancellation penalty of $200 will be charged to the student’s eBill account. The cancellation must be received via the MyHousing/Dining portal by January 58, 20202023.

The cancellation must be received via the MyHousing/Dining portal by May 31, 2022.
