Common use of Returning Students Clause in Contracts

Returning Students. Your offer of Student Accommodation may be withdrawn at any time before the start of the next Academic Year: (i) if you have failed to pay your Accommodation Fees (as referred to in the invoice sent to you by Finance Department) and any other invoices in full. (ii) for any conduct which in the opinion of the Vice President (Pro Vice-Chancellor) Student Affairs is undesirable that you should be re-admitted.
