Reversion of Permanent Employee. A) Permanent employees who use their seniority to access term work shall be allowed to revert to their home position during the term by mutual agreement. Notice given by the employee wanting to revert must relate to the amount of notice (or pay in lieu) required to be given to the employee backfilling their position.
