If it is decided that the Parties still need to share the Agreement Personal Data, the Parties will review this Agreement to determine whether the Agreement needs to be amended. Both Parties will act in good faith in agreeing any amendment to the Agreement. Any amendment must be in writing and signed by both Parties.
