Cloud Server definition

Cloud Server means a server or multiple connected servers, owned, controlled, operated or maintained by a Third Party, such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform, which is part of the Prepared Live Platform, and which host software, data or technology proprietary to Invictus or licensed by Invictus or any Client Data.
Cloud Server means Your unique virtual machine instance.
Cloud Server means Your unique virtual machine instance available to you in exchange for the Cloud Server Fees.

Cloud Server means an unmanaged Virtual Server that is running on the Infrastructure.
