Common use of Review of an Employee’s Workload Clause in Contracts

Review of an Employee’s Workload. An employee may seek to have his/her workload reviewed by raising the matter first through normal University channels and, if unresolved, the matter can be further reviewed by a committee comprising the President, Academic Board or nominee, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor or nominee and the President, UNSW NTEU Branch or nominee.
